Case is Closed

This posting is really annoying me, especially this statement

“Tidak heran banyak yang memberi respon reaktif. Bahkan pembahasan di milis milis dan postingan di Blog-Blog banyak yang over-reaktif dengan membahas kekhawatiran pemblokiran situs porno terhadap kebebasan berekspresi.“

To my opinion, it comes to 4 conclusion, and i ask him which part of my post is over reaction? because he can’t answer exactly 4 of my conclusion then i use my rights of reply, and I wrote my rights of reply.

Even I know the post is a really defamatory statement, and it may comes to criminal defamation case and civil defamation case, i will not use both legal action. Although under the new Indonesian cyber law, it is my lawful rights to use both legal action.

I am defending much on free speech, but in the same time, I fully aware that this kind of free speech may put you in prison and/or put you in bankrupt situation. So I take my rights of reply and consider this case is closed
